Conference venue
The conference will take place in the Hönggerberg campus of ETH Zürich, which is located on the outskirts of the city. The talks and coffee breaks will be held in the lecture hall HCI G3. The discussion rooms can be found in rooms D4 and D6 (HCI). See the plan and instructions below.
Lecture Hall HCI G3 (Building HCI, Floor G)
Hönggerberg campus, ETH
Wolfgang-Pauli-Strasse / Vladimir-Prelog-Weg, 8049 Zürich
To reach the Lecture Hall and reception desk from the bus stops, go down Wolfgang-Pauli-Strasse and turn left on Vladimir-Prelog-Weg (see red arrow on the plan above). Then enter the HCI building using the first door on your left. You can then finally take the elevator in the hall to the floor G.
Lunch options
The Hönggerberg campus proposes several options for lunch, which include:
- The Fusion canteen, in the same building HCI as the conference lecture hall
- The Food Market, in the HPR building
- A Coop supermarket, in the HPI building, which sells sandwiches, salads, ...
- The restaurant Rice Up, in the HIT building, serving asian fusion dishes
- ....
Transports
The conference venue can be reached easily by public transport, using buses numbers 69 and 80 (bus stop "ETH Hönggerberg"). To find the best connections, we recommend using:

When using public transportation in Zurich, please make sure you have a valid ticket before boarding. This can be bought either at the blue machine at the tram and bus stops or at the railway stations. We advise you to buy a “Tageskarte”, which costs the equivalent of two single tickets, is valid for 24 hours and can be used all over Zurich (Zone 110), be it for trams, buses or even ships. Please note that zone 110 does not include Zurich airport.
You can also use the ETH shuttle bus between the Zentrum campus (located in the center of the city) and the Hönggerberg campus. This service is also for guests of ETH Zurich, is free of charge and runs four times an hour in both directions. For the last services of the day (from 18:14 to 18:54), the shuttle departing from the Hönggerberg campus terminates at Zurich Main Station. For more informations and detailed timetables, see:
